Khamleck Phounsavath

Khamleck Phounsavath, age 70, of Terrell, Texas passed away on November 24, 2022. Khamleck was born on July 10, 1952 in Luang Prabang, Laos. Khamleck arrived to the United States of America on October 31, 1981. On November 4, 1984 he married Vanna (Sayavong) Phounsavath at the First United Methodist Church in Terrell, Texas.  

Khamleck was a dedicated member of the First United Methodist Church for numerous years. He worked hard for many years doing landscaping for many residents of Terrell and was highly recommended by his customers for his great work. When he wasn’t working, he loved fishing, taking care of his animals and spending time with his family. He loved to watch his grandsons run around the land and play. Khamleck also enjoyed living off the land and working in his garden where he took care of his plants and vegetables.  

Khamleck is survived by his loving wife of 38 years, Vanna Phounsavath, children: Christine Phounsavath-Somers and husband Matthew Somers of Mesquite, TX, David Phounsavath of Terrell, TX and Mally Phounsavath-Delgadillo and husband Josh Delgadillo of Terrell, TX; two grandsons Jax Delgadillo and Achilles Somers; sister Pam Deuanxayasane and husband Joe along with the entire Phounsavath family, Lao community of Terrell and numerous family and friends who will truly miss him.
