Kenneth Nelson

Kenneth Nelson, age 86, of Terrell, Texas passed away on January 2, 2023. Kenneth was born on October 5, 1936, in Mckinney, TX to parents Raymond Nelson and Ora-Belle (McClaine) Nelson.

Kenneth was a simple man who loved the outdoors. He enjoyed hunting deer in his younger years. Kenneths past time hobby was bowling where he joined a league and was very successful. He would play in tournaments and won trophies and cash prizes. Kenneth cherished spending time with his family any chance he got. 

Kenneth is preceded in death by his parents, son Kenny Nelson, two brothers: Billy Jean Nelson and Raymond Nelson Jr. and sister Mary Nelson.

Those left with cherished memories are his partner in crime for 18 years Linda Scott, sister Wanda Dotson and husband Ken Stokes, nephews Ricky Dotson and wife Debbie and Keith Dotson, grandson Kenneth Ken Nelson Jr. and a host of other extended family who will miss him dearly.
