Kay Martin

Kay Martin of Rockwall, Texas passed away on December 14, 2022. Kay was born on September 28, 1941, in Weatherford, Texas to parents Ray Culbertson and Helen (Almond) Culbertson.  

On February 22, 1984, in Las Vegas, NV Kay met and married the love of her life, Ray Martin. Kay owned a Century 21 Real Estate business and was a very dedicated and successful business owner. She enjoyed traveling the United States and shared a love for all animals.  

Kay is preceded in death by her parents, loving husband Ray Martin of Rockwall, Texas and grandmother, Betsy Burt of Quinlan, Texas.  

Kay is survived by son Johnny Caples of Trabuco Canyon, CA, daughter Candy Perry of Allen, TX, and grandchildren: Sean Perry of Riverview FL, Taylor Perry Cook of McKinney, TX and Chris Perry of Richardson, TX along with other beloved family and friends who will miss her dearly.
