Geneva Woolverton

Geneva Mae Woolverton, 97, of Mesquite, TX went to be with the Lord on November 19, 2022.  Geneva was born on July 13, 1925, to David and Eve Wren in Kaufman County.  She worked for the Dallas Christian High School in their cafeteria when she retired.  Geneva married Otto Woolverton and they were married 63 years before he passed away on September 9, 2008.  She enjoyed time cooking for her family and friends.  Geneva was a very involved member at Hawn Freeway Church of Christ and dedicated Christian.  She was a beloved Wife, Mother, Grandmother and Great Grandmother.  Her parents, David and Eve, husband Otto and 6 siblings preceded her in death. Those left to cherish her memory are son Richard Woolverton and wife Derel, grandchildren: Adam Woolverton and wife Elizabeth, Russ Goeman, Aaron Woolverton and Jacklynn Beasley and husband Cole; great grandchildren: Hunter Goeman, Gaige Goeman, Garrett Woolverton, Heidi Woolverton, Karley Woolverton, Zoey Woolverton, Aubrey Woolverton and Josh Goeman; numerous nieces, nephews extended family and friends who will miss her dearly.
