Maurice Robison, a dedicated individual who worked tirelessly for Edwards Transfer in Dallas, Texas for over 60 years, has peacefully passed away in Tyler, Texas. Born in Frankston, Texas on August 6, 1935, Maurice was known for his strong work ethic and unwavering commitment to his job.
Outside of work, Maurice had a passion for gardening and the great outdoors. He found joy in simply sitting on his front porch, watching the cars go by. His love for nature and tranquility was evident to all who knew him.
He will be dearly missed by his surviving family members including daughter Kimberely Brown, son Louis Harrison Jr., daughter Laura Key, brother Jack Robison, several grandchildren, and great-grandchildren.
Maurice is preceded in death by his beloved spouse Juanita, his sons Morris Lee, and Jerry Robison, his sister Eva Lee, his daughter Cynthia Dawn Allen, his brothers Clenton, Billy, and R.L. Robison, as well as his father Riley Lee Robison and mother Eva Mae Cecil.
A Graveside Service to honor and remember Dayton Maurice Robison, will be held at Liberty Hill Cemetery in Frankston, Texas on Friday, March 1st, at 1:00 pm., CR 1305, Frankston, Texas.
Maurice’s legacy of hard work, love for nature, and dedication to family will forever live on in the hearts of those who knew and cherished him. May he rest in peace knowing he was loved and respected by many.
