Connie Sue Smith of Rowlett, Texas, was born on March 9, 1943, at the age of 78, she passed away on Sunday, December 26, 2021, at her home.

Connie is survived by her daughters, Lura LaJoice and husband, Clayton of Rowlett, TX and Felicia Shadid and husband, Mike of Dallas, TX; Brothers, James Brantley of Henderson, KY, Doug Brantley and wife, Sue of Newburgh, IN, and Raymond Gish and wife, Beverly of Garland, TX; grandchildren, Brandon Sonntag and wife, Beth of New York, Destiny Choquette of Dallas, TX, Amelia LaJoice of Rowlett, TX, Yanci Fitzwilliam of Dallas, TX, Nikolas Barr of Dallas, TX, Ryder Sharpe of Dallas, TX, Connie Sonntag of New York, Addison Sonntag of New York, Nicole Boggess and husband, Brandon of Long Beach, MS, Jamie Murrell of New York and Scott Murrell of New York, and great granddaughter Amber Banks and husband, David of Alabama.

Connie was preceded in death by her parents, William and Rosetta Brantley.
